Very often this means simple acts of generosity of spirit. They cost nothing but suspension of mind, of thinking, judging, assuming, disconnecting and discriminating.
Doing what one can where you are with what you have -can be a moment of compassion. Directed by a worn but warm heart
In suspending tendency to judge
and assume we set ourselves and each other free
This strong soul, this old woman, this friend, this warrior sitting on the kerb but not in the gutter has a way of illuminating truth. And this experience occurs time and time again.
