- Little Ricardo's Pizzeria & Trattoria -Sheridan St voted Cairns Best Pizza
"I've washed enough pots an' pans to know chefs and Ric' can cook - it's no surprise to locals. Cairns is right
Everyone's right behind Ric' -it's amazing, even the mainstream media. Well deserved recognition too- you'd be surprised what artistry goes into the humble pizza.

"I've also seen Maria and her family from the market go to Little Ricardos for Italian Independence Day celebrations and that's saying something about authentic..."
2007 - PIZZA CHALLENGE - Queensland Hospitality Industry Conference and Expo.
Little Ricardo's in one of it's incarnations was next-door to the world-famous Johno's Blues Bar. Ahaha - Maiia: "One year Ric bought me a ticket to see the wonderful Michael Hill Blues Mob - in return for writing up a chalkboard menu." Rom Stover has a Ned Kelly there. "Ric' asked me if I wanted to do one, nothing in particular, something abstract
