A craft requires skillfullnesss. It may be a hobby or a profession. These workers may be called artisan.The term artisan or craftsman is usually applied to people occupied in small-scale production of goods and services.  They may traditionally have needed to train, live and work in an urban environment as they needed to exchange the goods they produced for the other items that they need in order to live.

VET - Vocational Education  V.E.T or Vocational Education and Training is the Australian system of organising and training labour for the workforce. It is a nationwide system for providing workskills and competencies which meet nationally endorsed (by govt and industry) standards and qualifications.
