On Australia Day 2012, Cairns Indy Media recieved a telephone call from a distraught Victorian going by the name of Reg and claiming to be a former scriptwriter of The Australian television series Neighbours.
He told us a fantastical story of being employed to write a script for the prime minister.
The Violence Inherant in the System
After belittling the dignity of Australian women and betraying the guild of writers - we did not expect another phone call just two days later. This time he wanted to meet in person and asked us to bring the cameras to a remote farming community near the village of Kuranda.
"I am not anonymous!" I am a great artist you know, I want to speak of Great Truths AND - I SHALL! If you come out to the farm, I'll give you an exclusive interview."
