Maiia Cairns isnt urban. The tendency for immigrants to carry energetically their culture, their mana, and mass-media corporations to corral and dictate entertainment with product - makes Cairns a real interesting spot in Australia and the surrounding Islands. A community-arts project... this subject area is in demand mostly as a study of social phenomena and bold marketing strategies... audaciousness even.
