People develop social norms ... NOT institutions - we've seen what happens when governance becomes an entity- the trust must be in our selves not in the machine/ civil-servants!
Oppurtunity to prosper- organised We're quite well adapted to cope, if you consider the history.
So TO BE - happy productive families, communities and citizens within nations... academics 'talk' about social norms And all this talking about is slow and expensive.
Oppurtunities to prosper, must be organised, from within our humanity, from within community. SELF DETERMINATION (in court this week -a win for parents right to educate their children, removing this right is called genocide apparently.) but I digress...

The kink in the machine is communication and trust. Movement from monarchy and colonialism, to some form of democracy and from the industrial to technolgical era.

- just quickly - you're looking into a machine that's never going to work with 3 dimensional gearing. In the background is monarchy represented by a 2 dimensional castle like form, and primary colours.
