Dallas played Cairns Blues Festival 2009 and was a highlight among the visitors. Full of vitality. A spectacle of colour, life and close-up oppurtunities, Dallas caused a media frenzy, cameras appearing from all directions as she stepped out and succeeded in her quest to get the audience moving. Geoff Curran is the perfect accompaniment.
It was a bit of a surprise that such an seemingly accomplished performer is yet to release her debut record : Not for love or Money- due out in August.
