The organisational environment is - things that influence our ability to work well. Or even work at all.
There are Internal and External influences...
Internal Influences are the most direct. Often internal factors and influences can be daily including -Self first and foremost; owners of the business, co-workers and employees, board of directors, trustees, committee members etc. All the people directly involved in the business and its management. Including culture. Communication Skill
External influences include... economics, technology, political and legal factors, international relations and events; socio-cultural factors. While external factors may not be as obvious to success in the daily run of things they are still important and require consideration and evaluation.
Then are external factors too but closer to us like - customers, suppliers, competitors; your strategic alliances, (for example membership of organisations such as Arts Nexus) and regulators for example occupational health and safety . These can be called the task environment.
