""It's great work on the music- because I get to see it (the film) about a hundred times. Now if you look at fim a hundred times normnally you're sick to death of it by the hundredth, and never want to see it again. But in Plonk for some reason, the more ya see there's little bits happening on the edges, especially the performances, that you want to watch it over an' over to pick up all the nuances." - composer Graham Tardif Australian comic al film Dr Plonk
"Frankly I had no idea how to begin this. I'd never done anything where you have to blanket the whole picture and it's the only sound so it's actually carrying all of the things effective dialogue would normally be carrying. -and it's a comedy. You're doing gags as well. So I ah- I just started at frame one and keept going til I got to the last frame. And just did it one minute at a time."
