The receiving of - as well as the giving of Feedback  

 

There are levels of formality too.  They include everyday graciousness and good manners to the machine world of Key Performance Indicators, client satisfaction forms and using other assessment tools.

 

Feedback is most helpful when it is interpreted and evaluated. Then fed back into our organisational systems.  Giving you greater ability to anticipate and to navigate effectively.
